Witive Recognized as Outstanding Collaboration Team in Shinhan Open Innovation 9th
On August 13, 2025, at Shinhan Square Bridge (Incheon), Witive presented collaboration results with Hansol PNS at the “Shinhan Open Innovation 9th Showcase,” earning the honor of being selected as an Outstanding Collaboration Team.
The showcase marked the culmination of a four-month open innovation program where startups and large enterprises presented PoC (Proof of Concept) outcomes and shared collaboration insights.
AI-Powered Work Automation Platform “ConnectWorks”
Through this collaboration, Witive introduced ConnectWorks, an AI platform for administrative innovation and work automation. It automates repetitive document handling, email classification, and data entry to enhance organizational efficiency and let people focus on more creative, strategic tasks.
To apply Witive’s AI capabilities in a real environment, Hansol PNS ran a joint PoC project, proving that the automated process can be effectively embedded in real business workflows.
Practical Collaboration with Demand Partner Hansol PNS
A Hansol PNS representative remarked, “The PoC connected to real operations gave us valuable new perspectives,” adding that the collaboration went beyond testing and led to deployable outcomes on the ground.
The project drew attention as a case where a large enterprise and a startup jointly realized a new model of work innovation, supported by structured feedback and data validation from the foundation and coaching staff.
Results That Demonstrate Collaboration Synergy
“We truly felt the potential of an innovation ecosystem co-created by large corporations and startups through this PoC,” Witive said, noting that Shinhan Open Innovation’s structure and focused coaching helped verify and scale technology in real business contexts.
In particular, the “coach–startup–demand company” tri-collaboration structure delivered practical feedback and execution-focused guidance at each step, earning high satisfaction from participants.
